ORDERING PROCESS

You do not need to have an account with us to place an order, although we kindly suggest creating one to receive information about the latest discounts and new arrivals. Plus, having an account can save your time at checkout as it saves your address and payment details for future purchases. Registration is simple and free, if you would like to register click here. 

Once an order is placed, you can find it under Order History in ‘My Account’ section. If you are not a registered user, an order confirmation message will be sent to your email used for purchase. 

All orders are sent with the non-descript return address. Title “WorldCondoms” will not appear on the package nor payment details, all orders are shipped in plain envelopes or boxes.There are no references to condoms or other sensual products anywhere on the outside of your package.

DISPATCH 

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, therefore, our orders are packed and shipped within one business day after receiving the payment. Please note, if you order on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or over a Bank Holiday, we’ll process your purchase the next working day.
