Return Policy

STANDARD RETURNS & EXCHANGES 📬

In case you have had a change of heart, accidentally have ordered the wrong item or it is simply no longer needed, you are able to return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different product within 30 days of delivery with its original packaging as long as it is unused. You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.

ATTENTION: Some items like sex toys or pregnancy tests cannot be returned due to the hygiene considerations. 

To obtain return instructions, please contact us and provide the following information:

• Order number,
• Items and quantity you wish to return,
• Reason for return.

Return instructions will be emailed within 24 hours during the business days. In case products are sent back without our authorization, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We carefully inspect returned items and exchange the products or provide a refund using the original method of payment. If by any chance returned items would be damaged, without original packaging or have any signs of use, we reserve the rights not to refund or exchange the products.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEM RETURNS 💔

Due to some unfortunate events, damages or mishaps may sometimes occur and we are sincerely sorry about this.  

If item on order is damaged, defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the package and items you received (it will help us to determine the issue) and send us an e-mail including the following information:

• Order number,
• Pictures showing item and packaging,
• Description of the problem.

Your message will be addressed within 24 hours during the business days and we will resolve any issues you might have with either providing a full replacement or replacement parts on your order.

REFUSALS ❌

If for some reason a package was refused at the time of delivery or wrong address details were given (e.g. suite/apartment number or any other information that would be needed to complete the delivery) order would be returned to us and return shipping charges may apply.

IMPORTANT: Shipping address cannot be changed or modified once order is dispatched.
